Of course Aime 2000 needs some clouds to bring the quality, long-lasting snow ! But equally, you prefer to enjoy this snow under the sun.

Further north, ski resorts have high quality snow all winter long, but rather cloudy days.

Further south, ski resorts enjoy long sunny days, but often lack good quality snow for many winter months.

In the Tarentaise Valley, you take full advantage of a really good compromise : winter long snow and a favorable percentage of sunny days. January is often cold, but February is perfect. In March, you may want to protect yourself from the excess of sun during the first days. In April, the snow transforms itself under the heat and many skiers adopt a skin or head protection.

In all months, you come back home with a magnificent sun tan.
